hmm.. u will defntly knw.. how true is the title.. frm just todays experiance of mine.. this is only a single day kahani.. & ye sab hona is very normal ovr here :D.. well.. so i start with ankit'c call.. jisne mujhe uthane ki galti ki.. :( i woke up @ 10:50 & realised tht i've already missed 2 lectures.. phr timetable dekha.. to pata chala.. ki prof RR ka lecture hai :).. hona kya tha.. fatafat bhaga department.. & i was thr in dep @ 11:10.. i tried a lot.. so tht he dont watch me coming in.. but then after infy waitin.. i lost my patience & went in.. ab ise mera bad luck kaho.. ya mere prof ka gud luck.. he watchd me coming in.. called me in front.. & pucha..
tum isi class ke liye aaye ho na.. see the time..

hmm to sab janta acche students ki tarah rite on time 2 baje lab ke bahar pahuch jaati hai.. waha jaake TA SIR se pata chalta hai.. ki lab to 2:30 ko scheduled hai.. well.. ab hume pata tha.. ki well.. jab.. 2:30 ko bola hai.. to well.. *yaaawn*... lab 3:00 baje se pahle start nahi hogi.. ( pun intended in this xtensive use of "well" )..
finally humare sir 3:00 baje lab pahuchte hai.. & apne *well -- yawn* ishtile mein.. atendnce leke lab grp divide karte hai.. like always.. he gave us lec on tht 15 yr old balance.. & to take care of it..
hmm.. is time tak evrything was normal.. & humne ye nahi socha tha ki *kayaamat* aane wali hai :P..
now v were in "picnic" lab.. givin pain 2 our so gud TA.. ki achanak se announcment hota hai.. sab main lab mein aao... kisi ne balance ki plate chura li :))
ab wo banda jo koi bhi ho.. mujhe abhi tak ye nahi samjh aaya.. ki wo balance ki plate kyo uthayega.. wo bhi steel plate.. :P.. newys humare sir senti ho gaye.. & ek lamba lecture deke bolte hai.. i'll discss it with HOD.. & everyone will b heavily fined.. of the order of 50K ( for tht steel plate :O )...
humko neeche classroom mein assmble hone ko bola gaya. & finally after a long meetin with our HOD.. he came to announce tht.. if he dosnt find tht plate by evenning.. then the whole batch will be awarded XX.. bechare bacche.. ab jinhone kuch nahi kia... unka kya... & jinko summers mein pahle hi ek summer course karna hia unka ???..

yes... i'm happy :) finaly me & bhujia (atul jain :P ) won carrom finals... yohoooo... !! wo baat alaga hai... its on hostel level only..... but still finals to finals hi hote hai.. v still remem.. jab hum freshi yr mein semi-final mein aak haare the.. us time itna gussa aya tha :( now both of us r feelin gr8... abhi tak koi bhi carrom match ho.. hamesha we used to loose just before finals.. but 2day was made 4 us :).. v played without practice.. & still won match.. thnks bhujia.. aaj tu accha nahi khelta to match jeetna impossible tha... final score was.. 25-0, 11-27 & 17-11
i knw mene 2nd set mein accha nahi khela.. but still... all wel if it ends well :D
just aftr winning i went to sabbys room.. & waha alrdy party chal rahi thi.. of sabbys job :).. i'm not high enf.. but phr bhi.. i njoyed a lot..

i was thr in dep. sharp @ 8:35 am.. life mein last time pata nahi kab class mein sahi time pe pahucha hounga.. but bhagwan ko ye bhi manjoor nahi.. subah subah faltoo ki mornin walk kara di X-(.. yest nite i asked ppl.. & they said tht v hav a lec 2day mornin @ 8:30 acc to new timetable.. galti se mein subah jaldi uth gaya.. & waha jaake hum logo ko pata chalta hai.. prof ko hi naya tt malum nahi hai.. X-(.. now whoz fault is this ??? no its not ARB's fault.. #@$%.. fault uska hai jisne use ye post de di.. pahle hi electives compulsry course ban chuke hai.. is this final yr ??... whr i'm gettin no choices xcept hss course !!
I still remember.. wo pahla din.. sab tha itna cool.. xcept my small room kitne saare orientations.. lot of things to do all that was not enuf, which I already knew
wot abt that ragging time... seniors.. as if doing a big crime.. hazaar fundaes.. & infy rhymes :) all by-heart in no time !!
and those hostel fights so much enthu.. working all nights all those winning moments... that gave so much delight !!

with infy bunks & proxies in class bhagwan hi jaane.. how did i pass so many courses, and none of use.. always cursing system & getting loose :)
hill top, boat house & lake side where so many plans emerged & died.. walkin with frens around SAC at nite thinking.. to do somethin in life..

well.. i should say i was fortunate enf to give my 1st interview in 2005.. infact i shud say.. 31st dec 2005 :P.. even i dint expected it.. it was webaroo who shortlisted me :).. & the whole story i shud say was a complete hang-over :D
it started with me getting short-listed among 135 guys out of which 100 were CS/IT/elec ppl :P.. only 2 from my dept: me & vivek.. i knew it before giving test that i wont get shortlisted & test was just a formality to be done.. as xpected test went bad.. & coming back to wing it was sardar's party on which i took all my frust out.. getting completely "HIGH" on life :P.. well hona kya tha I slept & 9:30 akhory & surdi came to wake me up...
akhory: oye uth tera webaroo ke interview ke liye ho gaya me: abe kyo mazzak kar raha hai.. sone de.. mujhe utar gai hai ab :) surdi: serisouly be.. hum mazak kyo karenge akhory: jaldi uth chal interview ke liye prep kar
& i was like.. kya ??????..... then jaise hi comp ke haath lagaya so many mesgs popped up saying "congs".. phr bhi mene mail chek ki.. & finally got it confirmed that yes.. it was me only who got shortlisted :P... & this time it was only me who was "non cs/IT" guy among 16 who got shortlistd.. :) i was happy but pata tha finally hona kya hai... without any prep for interview.. & itne fadu tech Qns.. & tht too in state of hang-ovr.. kaise koi hope kar sakta hai select hone ki.. & hua bhi wahi.. :D
newys it was a great xperaince & gr8 gr8 fun for me :) .. now i hope to get placed soon..More on post...
